Music on BBC 'Autumn' ident

Does anyone know the who the singers/choir are on the BBC ident for the upcoming shows in Autumn. (The ident ends with 'Autumn' on the screen.)

The music is so uplifting! I really want to know who it's by!

Not 100% sure but sounds rather like the Polyphonic Spree.

it's The Arcade Fire, awesome new Canadian band. That track is called Wake Up from the album called Funeral.

Absolutely fantastic band. Had their album for ages, and it is slowly, but surely, getting the attention it so deserves!

Thanks. Were they on TOTP last Sun? If that was them then I'll have to check out their album because that song rocks. ^^
