How often do you empty your `spam` section in your e-mail box? I have to do it at least twice a week to delete dozens of useless e-mails.

I never have to do it since I left Orange. I left them over 3 years ago and I have not had one since.

If you are with Ntl.com, have a look where it says 4more and you`ll be surprised how many junk e-mails there are waiting to be deleted.

Depends on which e mail programme you are using and the spam filter.

I get very few, and delete them when it gets to about 20 of them, no problem for me
