The very start of "The Early Bird" with Norman Wisdom when they are all getting out of bed, pure genius. When the characters get caught on the bannister it cracks me up. Although I must admit I have loads of fave scenes without an outright winner, but due to Norman's sad departure I thought it apt. You can see the clip on youtube :)
