Have a horrid cold!

I am sneezing, coughing. have very runny sore nose, and just feel awful!.......dread going to bed, these symptoms always make you feel worse when you wake in the morning!...................anyone got any suggestions?......I am taking cold and flu relief capsules!.......they are not helping at all!.........Really need to be at work in the morning!.......can't see me making it!..............

If you are so rough Welsh, then you should really stay home. Plenty warm liquids and honey and lemon if you have it, get better soon.

Yes mamy, think you are right, felt so rough this morning, but went in anyway, had meetings, so felt that I must, but now I feel so awful!.............Can't see how I can do it tomorrow!.......Hate being ill!.........

If you have a horrid cold you are required to stay in bed and be waited on hand and foot - however, you may struggle to the couch if you want to watch TV - you may have chocolate (unlimited), hot toddies (in moderation) the TV remote (continually) and absolutely no chores of any sort. You have to do this, it's the law.

Please don't go into work today (Thurs) you went in for that meeting yesterday & how many did you infect? please think of others Welsh. None of us are indispensable.
I know how you feel I was there last week, I'm better but now got a dry cough.
