PPI refund
Can i claim PPI refund on a loan payed off 11 years ago even though i have not got the account details but i have the standing order details

I presume you were, or think you were, mis-sold the insurance?
You have 3 years from the time you can reasonably be expected to realise you were mis-sold the insurance. (which is somewhat vague!)
