yes it worked thanks... but the switch on the wall is plugges into a multi plus,so then i lost my internet too....:-)) but all up and running again now. many thanks.

neenee, listen very carefully,if your Sky box is plugged into a multi socket, in order to not shut everything off pull the Sky box plug out for 30 secs.Doh.
