What Nationality/Race and Ethnicity am i?

I was born in and live in the UK at the minute. Im an eighth English, an eighth Scottish, a Quarter Mallorcan (Catalan Spanish) and Half Danish, what nationality, aswell as race am i considered to be,for additonal help im fluent in english,danish and semi fluent in castellano spanish, i have v.dark blonde or brown, thick textured hair, i also have olive/tanned skin but have blue eyes.

You can have dual (or multiple) citizenship, permitting you to lawfully hold several passports.
Lots of people, for example, hold both British and Irish citizenship. Look at the flow chart I've linked to. That will show whether you're entitled to Danish citizenship (and hence to a Danish passport). If so, you could have had a Danish passport from birth...

Thing is ive had a UK passport but i lost it which is why i need to work all this out so i can apply for a new one but i turn 18 soon and at that age i can apply for a danish or spanish passport. What i cant work out is that my nationality can be british if im predominantly danish and spanish and only an eighth english? Ethnically my folks say whenever they filled out school forms and stuff they marked me down as White European, my dads side of the family are all Hispanic and my mums family are all White European, so @TTG how does "British or White British" come out of that? Im really confused now.........someone even called me White Hispanic once? (there is such a thing but???) arrrgh confused.com
