Had a good day re-homing today. Snowy a 10yr old white 'earless' cat (had to have most of both ears amputated due to skin cancer) went to a lovely home with 2 other lovely cats. I'm so pleased for her & will miss her. Also 2 kittens went & 2 were reserved to go next week so a good day all round.Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

good news - always lovely to hear that older cats get re-homed. Hope they are all very happy
thats good news nice new homes they will get a chance to settle in before xmas
well done Kat1 - have been in your position so know how good it is when an 'oldie' gets a good home - we had an earless white cat at the welfare centre I worked at , she lived in my garden shed - was an absolute nightmare, would attack anything in sight, people, horses, dogs goats etc but she did eventually come into my house (I lived on site) and would deign to sit on my lap but I resisted the urge to stroke her! - needed all my limbs to work. - also lost her ears through cancer btw
