The same old problem......
23 Answers
Waiting in checkout queue and the woman at the front is on her mobile, then she fishes in her bag and grabs a load of discount coupons and then carries on with her conversation. Checkout lady scans each coupon and starts to reject them because some are out of date, some not appropriate to that shop or the person hasn't bought the product. Woman on mobile argues and then shouts "whatever" and then produces a credit card which the system declines. Another argument (still on mobile) and cash is trawled from bag and handed over. Insufficient cash for all the shopping so items are deducted. Person behind her makes a sarky comment and gets a mouthful of abuse for her trouble. Quite comical really.

It also is packed in a different colour bag so you can pick it out to examine it. If you decide not to have it give it back to the driver, he will pump it into the electronic machine he holds as a refund and the cost of this itam will be refunded in hours.
They do NOT try to sneek out of date stuff into your shopping (it is against health and safety rules) and if that was so the newspapers would have a field day. The supermarkets would have their socks sued off.
So do not believe that rumour.
( I am reffering to Tesco here)
Its also easy to say "Go shopping early in the morning" but it doesn't matter what time of day it is when one has a problem walking far, so I save you the trouble of dodging my mobility scooter in the packed aisles. For people like me On-Line shopping is a godsend.
