Well, what did you learn about Lennie?
You can start by saying who Lennie is, how old he is, where he lives, what he thinks about life. Then from reading the book, the sort of situations he encounters, and what in his character makes him deal with the situations in the way he does.
Is he a nice guy?
That's what - IMO - they are asking for. If you shut the book and someone says "tell me about Lennie" - now you write it down.
Alternatively, if you google "lennie of mice and men characteristics" then you will find a number of links which may give you ideas, which people have already done the work for. If I were your teacher, I'd rather you did it yourself though!

LOL ...and you posted in 'Suggestions' lol
You've claimed that you'd read the book so why not do your homework instead of wasting time on here asking someone to do it for you.
Lennie Small is a big, strong man with a childish mentality, he's retarded and does not know the differences between right and wrong, and relies on his friend George whom he trust only.
