Mine was a black doll , my mum knit her a lovely deep pink pull-ups and jumper, complete with a bonnett, I loved that doll!

I exchanged a string of pearls (no not real ones) for a black china dolly at the Church Christmas party. I thought she was marvellous. About two weeks later my mother let my little brother play with her and he dropped her and she broke in little pieces. I never forgave her or him and I still remember it now countless years later.
My first computer, a ZX81. The reason I am typing this today!
