If you've got a bread maker you can make great pizza dough.
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 cups strong white bread flour
1 tsp yeast
Use the "dough" setting.
Make tomato sauce with can of peeled plum tomatos, half a carton of tomato passata, some dried mixed herbs and oregano
Then top with whatever...
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 cups strong white bread flour
1 tsp yeast
Use the "dough" setting.

i ate a gorgeous one once
start with the tomato sauce, ham, peppers
add a few crunchy nut cornflakes
a bit of rice pudding
then make a well in the centre and crack an egg into it. dont worry if a bit of shell goes in.
cook for 10 mins until the egg is only just going white at edges, you want the snotty bits to mix with the cornflakes or they are too dry.
serve it with whats left of the alcohol you've consumed in the 6 hours previous to this

I use this yeast-free base and 'invent' any topping I fancy at the time ...
