Still having trouble with Updates

I have Windows 7 and lately have been having trouble downloading Windows updates.

How can I get this to work, I have tried manually - this is what it says : (I am not technical so easy language please) : I dont use Powerpoint by the way so does it matter if it doesn't update?

... it's supposed to be a 'fix' for the 646 error when updating Office.

I keep using this Fix It Naz, I even use the Aggresive mode and it doesn't work. I still have updates I can't download.

Try this maybe ..
Disable AV just before you activate the update.
Try installing again.
Re-activate AV after install or failure.
