In no way is this an excuse for his behaviour but he has until this incident been sorting himself out by getting a job an staying out of trouble an had been doing well. I would just like some advice on what sentence hes likely to recive not to be judged by ppl that dont know the full story!
"In no way is this an excuse for his behaviour" I don't see it as an "excuse" I see it as a reason due to circumstance.
We all make mistakes in life, so no one has the right to point the finger IMO.
Sh1t happens and I would like to think that people like this can be 'turned around' if put in the right hands.
Sorry I can't be of much use with advice re "what sentence" - just don't give up hope is all I can say.
Good luck to all concerned.
