The internet is your friend

Summary: taking risks to get lots of money quickly, may go very badly wrong, so go crying to the Government for a hand out because rich people are legally not allowed to lose money.

But dont you think I havent already been on Wikipedia for the answer ?
Although I have used that excellent web for years --- the enclopaedic pot of knowlege for the permanatly ignorant and confused ............ I still found it easy on the wiki submission to get bogged down in professional and technical moneyspeak which gave me an overview but not in very simple prose. I think you summed it up admirably.
My question, was, in any event ,meant to be humourous and we all know that you dont ask questions about these people ..... the seriously rich .... and how they do it ..... cause they wont tell you. !!!

Why do Supermarkets still insist on you putting a lousy pound coin in their baskets for a short usage? If its to deter the would-be thief from stealing it -- do you think he would be put off by losing a POUND in doing so? Supemarket bosses "" listen up"" please.---- this practice is so dated and is such a time waster for those of us in a rush. What on earth does this tiresome toll achieve?
Does any of the "panel" agree with me ?
