What are we supposed to do now? Cheer?
Should we wear 'Kill boys Kill' badges? What is the best way to support the troops? Maybe drivers should repeatedly blare their horns in appreciation or we throw tickertape? Any ideas?

The problem with our society of 'empowerment' - jerry springer, ricki lake, positive thoughts, proactive attitudes etc- is that we actually have very very little power. This lack of importance leads to frustrations such as we are seeing on these Iraq threads -personal insults etc
Don't be silly, xyzzy!! Paul is absolutely right - there is far too many people who 'know' what should be done. You're far too nice a person to say such ridiculous things - unless the idea was to annoy, and thus start arguments. Let's support our troops by letting them get on with it and praying that there will be very quick and decisive outcome.
