Untitled messages

I keep getting as many as nine at a time untitled e mail messages ,I am told this is probably spam.There is nothing at all to indicate where they are from. Can any one throw any light on the subject. Many thanks. Wella

I'd find your delete button and use it. Got a virus from one of those emails once.... not pretty!

usually viruses, i only open e-mails i know i can trust (i.e -have them in address book) and everything else just gets deleted.

Are you using Thunderbird?

The latest version quite often gives me messages as you have described and it just seems to be Thunderbird making a meal of sorting out the different folders (eventually they disappear).
