just got back from my firsu night as a carer. Met some lovely folk, but i couldnt do it all the time.

what kind of care work are you doing
and what couldnt you do ???? x

i thought you were working on night duty. how did it go. ?if they were stuck for staff would you do the odd duty for them ?

yer id do odd duty. I did evening shift. Made some meals, others were personal care, changing pads and putting to bed, helping with hoist etc. Just didnt like travelling about, long hours

yep home care and they all said they'd love to see me again. Think one even wants to teach me to knit lol

I love that expression well done you. My dentist used to say it to me when I didn't scream. 4get, that is a very difficult job and you and all your colleagues deserve any accolade that comes your way.

oH 4get, it's really hard work!.......most folk don't realise it, you have to do it to appreciate just what hard, and stressful work it can be!.....I know, been there!...
