Follow-Up: Not the same Michael J Fox. The one from Family Ties and Spin City from Canada is still alive and kicking at the age of 49. The Michael J. (Mickey) Fox that just passed away was a 67 year old New Yorker who died of Cancer. http://www.legacy.com...l-j-fox&pid=146843282
