Paid for goods - delivery Feb 2011

I bought a pair of boots a week ago online and the company took the money out of my account yesterday. They have now emailed me and said that the boots will not be despatched until February 2011! I have asked for a refund as I find it totally unacceptable that my money is sat in their bank until February - and they have refused. What are my rights?
