Please could someone recommend a good hand cream...not necessarily expensive or perfumed...as long as it works, for sore, cracked and/or rough skin? Ta Muchly.

I was told by a nurse that the best hand cream is a blob of vaseline, rub in well and then run hands under warm water, still rubbing. Pat dry. Works very well.
