been up since 7.15 am

just taken dog for a walk to local shop to get milk came in sat down with cuppa and feel knackered feel like going back to bed.
Does the winter weather make you feel sluggish?
I try and make the most of the daylight as i get seasonal affective disorder,
but its 11.40 am and im bushed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes...the weather does take it out of you. OH works outside....the cold really shatters him. Him, and my boys, all got home about the same time yesterday (the boys walk home from school) I made them snacks....they were all asleep by 9o/c

no, quite the opposite, there is less cars about, the air is very fresh.... i feel more alive when the weather is like this
