car freezing

each night i park my car in the driveway with the windscreen closest to my house. all the other windows on the car freeze except my windscreen why is this?

Is your boiler vent in this wall?
And even if it's it not, the air closest to your house will always be slightly warmer than that elsewhere outside and this may be enough to prevent your screen freezing up.
... and the front window of the car is the warmest at shutdown due to the defroster being on... and the front part of the interior holding heat...
