Hi, Ive recently come out of a 7 year relationship and am suffering with nerves and panic attacks. Somedays im fine then others im all racey and a bit manic, one minute im up then the next im down. Im taking St Johns Wart but I am a bit reluctant to take anything stronger at the moment.
I know ive done the right thing by moving on but what can i do to try and stay focused and stay strong.
Basically what will help me get strong and get on track.

I am sorry that you are going through a hard time at the moment. I cannot imagine how you must feel.
How about joining a gym or enrolling at your local college and learn a new skill - you'll meet and make new friends. Keep active or try and have some quality time with family and friends.
I know this is a bit of a cliche, but I think also, over time you will become stronger.
this is the exact time you need a friend around. get yourself out (after a good mope of course!) meet people like muchlove said. ask your friends to prop you up for a bit. time is a great healer! cliche but so true.
