Tommy Steele

Does anyone remember a film starring (I think) Tommy Steele and based in a department store at Christmas time. Tommy Steele played a doll who, along with many others, was due to be incinerated. He had to travel to the top of the department store (with a female doll I seem to remember) to get Father Christmas to save all the dolls. I can't find any reference to it on any of the Tommy Steele websites and am beginning to think I imagined it. It was last shown on TV about 15-20 years ago, but it was a colour film.

I have just posted a question on this very film...'Quincey's Quest' it was called. I also had started to think I had dreamt it, except my parents said I had it on tape (Betamax!) and watched it at least once a week when I was 7yrs old, until we got a Betamax. I can still remeber all the songs...especially the one set in Legoland, and there was an evil toy and a witch I think, and Roy Kinear was in it as a spinning top! If anyone has a copy or knows where I can get one, for me to regress to my childhood, I would be grateful. Also, it isn't in the film biogs as it was a TV series.
