I've read on other threads that they do respond, people have said "the Ed emailed me back" etc. Weekend ed though is often very busy by the look of it!

if its about your avatar then maybe the problem is with gravatar? have you tried putting a non descript innocent avatar on your account to check if the problem is with g rated content?

I've only emailed a few times. I think there was only one that wasn't responded to.

and following on from cazz, it could be that Gravata picked up on a copyright issue on the avatar you selected.....
