Any ideas when I rip and burn a Cd on my Laptop it doesn't show track titles but does on my Desktop

Make a direct copy of the original cd using freeware program cdburnerxp.
That won't work either. On the PC, the track details have been attached by using an online music database like freedb or Gracenote.
Try setting the track info on in Media Player on the laptop and allowing it to access web.
Audio CD's only contain basic track data.
is it possible that you have a different version
of WMP on your laptop.
WMP version 9 does not show track titles.
whereas version 11 does.
