Knowing what to do with terrorists in Guatemala?

Many of those in captivity have been captured in war zones and transported to Cuba. They are a pain in the neck for the US who don't know how to handle them for release. It was suggested by an Arab country in Wikileaks they should all be put back into the war zone to fend for themselves.

Many have no proven links to terrorism, all have been held without trial and, if the detention centre was within the US, illegally. I'd suggest returning them to their home countries.

If they haven't had a trial they are not proven terrorists. They were in a warzone, but many lived there, it was their home. If there is any evidence, convict them. If there is no evidence, and they have been held illegally for 10 years, then they should be compensated.
