The gym I go to has a Powerplate and I am quite keen to start using it for the awkward areas that I am having trouble toning. However, in order to get a guide on how to use it, you have to book a appointment with an instructor. I am happy with what I need to do when on it, and the standard time for each position (set by the machine) is 30 seconds. - Is this enough for each area? Also, can anyone else provide any tips on using a powerplate to get the most from it?
