You're lucky you're just receiving them Katie. My hotmail account was hacked and someone sent an email to everyone in my address book the Viagra link, including to my parents!

sounds like either you or one of your contacts has had their account hacked. (If it's from more than one of your contacts, it may well be yours.) Changing your password should help.
