Dear AnswerBankers,

There are several ways you can contact the editorial team of The AnswerBank:

* If you find a post or individual offensive please use the "Report" button found on each and every Question and Answer on the site.

* If you wish to contact us via email please email us at [email protected]

* If you'd prefer to contact us via a web-form, please visit the "Contact Us" page: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Info/ContactUs/

Remember, to get the most out of us you need to give us as much detail as possible, for example:

* For technical issues we often want to know what browser you're running as well as if your problem happens on any other websites other than The AnswerBank. Please include this information in correspondence.

* For "Personal" issues we will often, quite frankly, not know what you're going on about! If you believe you're being harassed, bullied or the like please present us with links which can "prove" this. Obviously common sense will be applied.

* For "Requests" please provide us with everything we could need to fill your request. For example "Please make my thread sticky, thanks" will get you nowhere. "Please make my thread on Twitching (found here: theanswerbank.co.uk/etc/etc) sticky as I think everyone is having fun!" will work quite much better.

* Don't ask to be the exception to the rule
* Be Nice
* If all else fails, bribery is the answer.
