Is the 3 network working as I can't get the internet on my dongle

I have a 3 network dongle and it signs on and connects but I cannot view anything on the internet, I keep getting the message "ALERT The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded"

This has been happening since last night and I have had to use my mobile telephone connected to my laptop to get online. My telephone is Vodaphone network.

So I was wondering is it the 3 network or my dongle, the dongle signs on and connects OK.

Do I need to get another dongle, I don't want to buy one if this is a problem with the 3 network.

Can anyone help me?
