My wife & I own our house as tennants in common (45% each), with the other 10% being held by my mother in law, who has recently passed away. Me & my wife bought the house in full 10 years ago from the council, my mother in law had originally willed her 10% to me & my wife equally, but she went behind our backs & changed her will giving her 10% equally to my wifes 7 sisters & 1 brother (1.25% each).
Can anyone advise the best way to recover the 10%, or any other avenues we could consider.
