A connection that I can't work out.

What is the connection between:
( a ) JMW Turner. ( b ) Will Smith. ( c ) Captain Cook .

I tried to work this out yesterday pilot. I got several connections between CC and JMW but nothing to connect to Will Smith.

Society, dread that such a thought should enter my mind.
I read Chatterbank topics on a regular basis ( and sometimes even add to a thread ) I only wish I had the wit that some of the regular CB'ers have.
