Awful puzzle this. I don't like it because (a) there are so many unclued answers and (b) most of them aren't words.

I'm guessing 1 Ac is one of the two actual words in the unclued set as it is referred to by 21across. That's as far as I've got.

I'm sure that 34 should read 31, which, together with 17 leads to the unclued answers.
