Urgent Advice Please....

My daughter was booked on a flight from Hong Kong last night to arrive at heathrow terminal at 5am tomorrow.
But on Teletext tonight it says its been delayed but on British Airways website it says its ETA is 04.47 which is a bit confusing.

Have tried phoning B/A but all I get is a recording of flights arriving but dosent mention hers.

I have a taxi picking her up and not sure who to take notice of.

The airport website is usually reliable. It's currently showing flight BA028 due at 0441

Get your taxi driver to have a look at the arrivals by flight number. If that flight is showing as arriving at LHR, that info is quite accurate. The flight is about 12 hours so it has already left HKG and is on it`s way. The only problem would be if Heathrow is closed in which case the aircraft will divert somewhere else (Larnaca or Athens possibly) Whatever happens your daughter will be OK and looked after

Thanks everybody, her flight no is BA028, which says its expected at 04.41 now, its just that the teletext announcement makes me worried and confused.

Just to let you know my daughter arrived safe and sound and 30 minutes early :-)
