Unidentified TV music from 60s

I think this was from a children's programme in the 60s, I don't think it actually had a title but would like to know which programme it was from.

I think you'll have to be over 50 to get this one, it was played on the guitar exactly as I did it, with no accompaniment. I doubt it was on much after 1965 if even as late as that. It was a programme on for a while though as I used to hear it regularly when it was on, it may even have been the BBC children's interlude music but I think that was a bit different. I have a vague memory it could have been Josh White who played it but may be sidetracked there. But you must return to the black and white era for this. I tried three times to put it on Youtube but for some reason it didn't like the camera output today for the first time. If I do I'll add a link as well.
Funny, nothing happened there, I'll link twice now in case
