Could anyone refer me to a basic rule of thumb law relating to the constant obstruction & blocking in of a disabled driver, holding a "Blue Badge" parking authority pass?

If someone keeps obstructing you .. whether you hold a badge or not .. report them. Police may or may not do something about it.
is the same vehicle purposefully blocking you in over and over again? that's harrassment aswell as pig ignorant
Like others, I'd appreciate further details.

However it's an offence under Section 137 of the Highways Act 1980 ("wilful obstruction of the highway") to deliberately impede the progress of a vehicle on a highway.

It's also an offence under Regulation 103 of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 ("causing or permitting a vehicle to stand on a road so as to cause an unnecessary obstruction").

As others have said if it is by the same vehicle or company then it is a police matter as it will be classed as harassment, would need more info before being able to quote regulations though.
No reply .. Obviously blocked in and can't get to the phone or PC.
Your wording confuses me, are you the blue badge driver who is being blocked in or are you being blocked in by a blue badge driver??
Mea Culpa, have just re-read. You are the blue badge driver being blocked in.
If it is persistant and deliberate (and you can prove so) it could well be a breach of Sec 137 relating to wilful obstruction of the highway
A response would be appreciated by contributors, I think.
