how can I terminate a tennants in common agreement
Can anyone advise me how to terminate a tennants in common agreement on our house? Myself & my wife own 45% each, wihth 10% owned by my late mother in law, she has willed her 10% to 8 of her children (all adults). The out come we want is for myself & wife to own the house outright.
Would it be better to return the property to joint tennancy?

You either get a solicitor to do this for you or you can ring the Land Registry (look online for the number) & ask for advice as to which forms are needed. There will be fees to be paid to them.
