twitching nerve

My eyelid keeps twitching all of a sudden. Its been happening for about a week. Other prople cant see it because its only slight but I can feel it and its really annoying. Anybody had this before or know how I can stop it? Thanks for your help

Active Blood.  Can also be caused by stress, nothing to worry about.

It usually happens when you are tired, after a busy weekend or a bad nights sleep.  Get a good nights sleep tonight, it should help
