Disc Empty problem on Daewoo DHR-8100P

Can anyone help with a problem on mt Daewoo DHR-8100P - I insert discs and message comes up reading or loading but when you press enter to watch the disc comes up with disc empty, this happens on both discs recorded on the HDD and on some pre-recorded discs too, can anyone give me a solution to this problem please

Meant to say that the Daewoo DHR-8100P is a HDD/DVD Player in case anyone not sure what product it is. Thanks

Try dvd lens cleaner before returning unit (if it's still under guarantee).
