Just what I was going to suggest mamya - suitable undergarments are designed to contain these pads. You can buy them from Boots if they are not provided.

I wear these pads & found that sloggies help to keep them in place. I`ve tried the so called "special" underwear for pads, but found them too bulky. I wear tight jeans & have had no problems. It`s you that thinks they`re can be seen cos I was the same.
