any remedies for a good nights sleep? I go to bed and sleep soundly for 3-4 hrs, then im wide awake for the rest of the night! usually worrying about things that would'nt bother me in the day! do not want to get something prescibed. any suggestions appreciated. have tried the herbal stuff and horlicks! but dosent really help. Thanks
Have you tried getting up when you wake up ?
It's often better to get up for half an hour or so then go back and try again.
Another tip is to make a list of all the things you worry about during the night. Figure out what you can do about them , then when you wake up in the night, tell yourself that you have already worked on these problems and do not need to do it again.
