Someone is impersonating me.
If you see any of my answers please check.
My username has an uppercase I at the start,theirs has a lowercase l at the start,you can just make out the difference.

Well, it's Monday morning (I think) and just a few words to say Thank You to all you guys for being so supportive.
A special Thank You to Chris,I don't know if he actually got the imposter banned,but it looked like it!

Glad it's worked invictas - don't forget that you can always email the Ed yourself about things like this, use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page - or you could Report the impostor yourself and explain that they are using your name. That too brings it to Ed's attention straight away. Welcome back!

I did email the Ed straight away but have yet to hear.
I don't mid as someone seems to have banned the imposter.
It makes it difficult to know what to choose as a username that can't be impersonated doesn't it.

get an avatar, as previously suggested, is it that you can't find just the right garth one? It that's a concern I can email you one of my spare ones,

It is horrid to feel that you are being duplicated - I remember dagman had the similar problem, someone was posting as dagnam with the same avatar. Why don't you give yourself an avatar, use one of your own photos - it would be easier for us to know that it's you!

If you hang about on here long enough then somebody will inevitably try and impersonate you, I've had a couple (though I think one of them was no-know playing about, that one was quite funny)

I have had dozens of imposterers over the years, hence the reasons i lost my original id from 2004
