Hi Invictas - don't worry over it. This is merely to prove the point that you cannot believe everything you see here. However those who have very recently joined AB cannot use an avatar at all so take some heart from that :o)

Okay, I'm not going to name any names here and I think it would be a good thing if nobody else did either - please? I'd just like to draw you good ChatterBankers attention to the fact that there is a connection between Dissociative Identity Disorder (previously known as Multiple Identity Disorder) and Bipolar Disorder. It was no secret that a now "deceased" ABer called In A Pickle suffered from the latter. So...

What I'm saying is that it's difficult to be certain to which degree people with these kind of diagnoses are responsible for their actions.

AB don't like impersonation,maybe they should contact gravatar and see what they can do,because the system as is enables impersonation very easily it seems.

They can't do anything practical. The same gravatar image can be saved very easily with a different name so, short of doing a binary scan of every image (hugely impractical), gravatar will have no way of knowing whether the same image is being used more than once...
