I feel thick asking, but how would you know - is it just like a moving star or planet?

Halifaxmum the time stated is the exact time it will appear if clear skies. It is as large and as bright in the sky as venus and just glides across but it does NOT BLINK.

We should be lucky in the next few days if frosty skies and can get a 3 min sighting. Sometimes we can get a 4 min sighting but whatever time even if just a min if clear skies you can get a good view.
