Has anyone had any experiences recently witnessing strange orange or maybe other coloured orbs zooming very low in the sky?
Anyone know what they are?
And No! I hadn't been drinking.
They were not lanterns as I have seen those before. They float up. These weird lights had a definite trajectory and absolutely no sound.

"strange orange orbs" - Sounds like Jordan's topped up the spray tan!
I reckon chinese lantern too, loads are being let go round here for some festive reason, one light appeared to lift very slowly then dart fast across the sky, it was in fact getting nearer to me but the flame smaller so in perspective looked the same distance away all the time, it went past my house and dropped maybe 500 yards away.

These lights did not drop in altitude from their original path. Their brilliance was constant, no flickering as I have witnessed before with lanterns. They were easily 100 times brighter than a new street lamp and sped across the sky with purpose. If they were lanterns I'd like to see them move with as much velocity as the things I'd witnessed with no breeze whatsoever.
I think it's another sighting of a low flying Katie Price! LOL

I don't know anything about Katie Price but if she could produce the same effect as the weird lights I saw then she seems very interesting to me.
We get quite a lot of orange light sightings over the sea and the local papers think it's a UFO hotspot area.

Oh good, I'll get my camera out. :0)
people sometimes tie them together which would explain the line...but higher up there are streams of wind so its very possibly a chinese lantern could suddenly get caught in one and move quickly and at right angles...

the light coming from the bottom...is the candle...
