out of sync recording

Anyone else experiencing problems when playing back recordings of for example ` Homes Under The Hammer`. On several occasions recently, I have played back the shows only to find that the soundtrack does not match the onscreen lip movements. What am I doing wrong. It does not happen all the time.

I once read somewhere that the Tv people send the vision down one stream and the sound down another, and they sometimes fall out of step with one another. Mine does that as well,and so does my ladyfriends, so it's not just you!
