sony ericsson k750i settings

i can't send or receive pic or vid messages i get the message ' communication error, try again later' i have downloaded the settings from the website and have emailed both vodafone & sony ericsson but got no help, i think i need to manually fill in the details in the settings but don't where to start (instruction booklet is no help) im on vodafone payt, please help.

Have Vodafone enabled picture messaging?

Try the sonyericsson website for the 

settings. you can fill in an online form

and they send a smart message which 

sets it up for you.
