Is there any difference in cost to either of these reasons for a divorce?

i) That your husband or wife deserted you at least two years ago;
ii) That you and your husband or wife have lived apart for at least two years and he or she agrees to a divorce; or
iii) That you and your husband or wife have lived apart for at least five years.

Also, how long does a divorce take?
